Farmington Wildcats U-13s and Real Farmington U-17s successfully progressed to the next round of their respective cup competitions over the weekend, with both requiring extra time to finish the job. The Wildcats, following their long haul last weekend to the Community Shield final, travelled to the West to face Kilwinning Sports Club. Goals from Cameron, Young and Roberts were enough secure a 3-1 victory at the end of the added period.

This morning Real Farmington faced Aberdeen at Station Park in Mediterranean conditions, and had an early chance to take the lead when Aberdeen conceded a penalty. However Murren White was unable to keep her conversion below the crossbar. Farmington took the lead when Chloe Dunn fired home and the lead was doubled when a fantastic delivery from Kayleigh Noble was nodded home by Lynsey Gerrie. The visitors clawed their way back into the game and merited their two second half goals which saw the game move into extra time. Dunn would complete her hat-trick however to secure a fine 4-2 victory.
