The Wildcats were straight out of the blocks against a Dundee West side keen to foil the home sides good run of form.
Sophie Young put the Wildcats ahead in the 10th minute after producing a clinical finish to a mazy run up-field. This early strike seemed to settle the home side, with Taylor McEwen providing Cali Roberts with the ammunition needed to net goal number two. A third goal would arrive before the half to give the Wildcats a 3-0 winning margin at the break.

Jade Logan fired home goal number four with some aplomb, with a strike from 25 yards out. Lia Cameron completed the Farmington scoring for the day soon after when she burst through the West rear-guard to fire home from 20 yards out. McEwan could have had her own goal following some good work from Sophie Young and Keira Balfour, and goalkeeper Hannah Dryden nearly found the target with a thumping goal kick. West scored a deserved goal in the 54th minute with Abbie McCabe the scorer.
